Fractions of Zero
I was commissioned by BBC Radio 4 to adapt my second book Fractions of Zero as part of the Woman's Hour 5-part drama serial.
Special Agent Nancy Kronziac now became DS Sue Manson and the action took place in and around London instead of LA.

Baldi - The Devil's Eye
Commissioned by the BBC to contribute an episode to the long-running detective series I decided a remote island off the Atlantic coast with shipwrecks and local treachery a suitable setting for the clerical sleuth Paolo Baldi (created by Barry Devlin).

Decades ago The Wallace Sisters ran a small newsagents in Cork city. While many bought their paper and tobacco there, few knew of the secrets it held as an IRA brigade HQ during the War of Independence as these fearless sisters led a double life. (2020)

A futuristic thriller the script received 1st place in the RTE/Film Base short film awards.
The project also received award funding from the Department of the Environment and has been shown in film festivals in Ireland, UK, Germany and Portugal.

Stage
One-act play Absent Comrades performed in Watershed Theatre, Bognor Regis, UK, March 1997. This play also ran for two weeks in the Focus Theatre, Dublin in August 1997 under the direction of Jayne Snow.
One-act play The Leggetts, a comedy, performed at the Cork Arts Theatre in September.
